We provide free shipping for orders over £25. For orders under £25, delivery is £2.50.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracking, and we aim to dispatch within 24 hours.

Every order is hand wrapped with care (and usually a few little extras) because opening your parcel should feel just as lovely as choosing it.

Returns

Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase. If you need to send something back, just make sure it’s in its original packaging and arrives to us in the same condition it was sent. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
