We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning an item to us.

Return Process
Step 1. Check eligibility
Item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
Step 2. Get in touch
Reach out via our Contact page or emailing hello@stcshop.co.uk, we'll confirm your return and provide a return address. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.
Step 3. Post it back to us
Return postage is at your own cost, we can't process refunds for parcels that don't reach us so we advise using a tracked method wherever possible and packaging items securely.

FAQ

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once received and inspected, we'll refund to your original payment method within 14 days, minus the original shipping cost

How do you handle faulty and damaged items?

If your item has arrived damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo where possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
