All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please contact us to initiate a return. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

The cost of the return postage costs will be deducted from your total refund, original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Non-returnable items

Because of the nature of our shop, some items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (tea, food, drink)
• Personal care items (soap, balms, therapy pillows once opened)
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards
