Shipping policy

 Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, special drops), processing may take a little longer — we’ll always update you if there are delays.

UK shipping

We currently ship across the UK via Royal Mail.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Free for orders £40.00 and up, otherwise £3.50. Delivery in 2–3 business days.
  Royal Mail Tracked Express 24 — £4.65. Delivery in 1–2 business days.
• Please allow 1-2 business days between ordering and shipment. Send us an email if you do need a more urgent delivery, we will try our best to accommodate. 

Packaging

We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. On occasion we will use reuse non-recyclable packaging that we may have received from a supplier. 

We don't include pricing in the parcel, you'll find this in your order receipt via email. 

Delays & lost parcels

Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier, but we’ll always support you if your order is delayed or goes missing.
