When will my order arrive?

All orders are packed up and shipped out to you within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

How are items packed?

We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. On occasion we will use reuse non-recyclable packaging that we may have received from a supplier. We hope that you'll be able to reuse it also! We don't include pricing in the parcel, you'll find this in your order receipt via email.

I haven't received my order

We'll always support you if your order is delayed or goes missing. Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier, but if you have questions or concerns, please contact us. I promise we're friendly and will do our very best to help!
