Delivery 

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, special drops), processing may take a little longer — we’ll always update you if there are delays.

UK shipping

We currently ship across the UK via Royal Mail / Evri / DPD (depending on parcel size).

  • Free delivery on orders over £75
  • £4 for Standard 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail 
  • £5.95 for Express 24-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days between ordering and shipment. Send us an email if you do need a more urgent delivery, we will try our best to accommodate. 

Packaging

We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible. On occasion we will use reuse non-recyclable packaging that we may have received from a supplier. 

We don't include pricing in the parcel, you'll find this in your order receipt via email. 

Delays & lost parcels

Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier, but we’ll always support you if your order is delayed or goes missing.

Returns

How to complete a return

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. 

To start a return, please email us at hellosubjecttochange@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of the return postage costs will be deducted from your total refund. 

Problem with order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted and the fault is ours, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the tracked return postage will be deducted from your total refund.

Change of mind? 

If you have simply changed your mind, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the tracked return postage will be deducted from your total refund.

Non-returnable items

Because of the nature of our shop, some items cannot be returned:

    • Perishable goods (tea, food, drink)
    • Personal care items (soap, balms, therapy pillows once opened)
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The cost of the tracked return postage costs will be deducted from your total refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hellosubjecttochange@gmail.com. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
