I ordered two Lowly Worm book bags. They were really quickly and carefully dispatched - with an added bonus of some super sweet stickers! I ordered a pink clip but was told by Ellen it was out of stock and to let her know which other colour i would like. Ellen sent me a different clip at no further charge even though it was a little more expensive. She’s lovely and professional. Would order again
