Hightide Penco Clampy Pla-Clip – Glow in the Dark

The Glow in the Dark Clampy Pla-Clip is the most useful clip in the range when the lights go out. By day it looks like a clean translucent clip with the usual Penco typography and solid grip. By night it glows green. Made in Japan, obviously.

The Penco Clampy Pla-Clip is a retro Japanese binder clip made by Hightide under the Penco label. It grips papers, notebooks, journals and folders without slipping. The Glow in the Dark version uses the same durable ABS plastic and serrated grip as the standard clips.

Use it as a journal clip, notebook clip, planner accessory, or bag clip.
