A tiny plastic toolbox from Hightide's New Retro series, styled after the "Odogu-Bako" cases that sat on Japanese school desks in the Showa era. The bird on the front and the printed characters for "toolbox" are part of the original design, not decoration added later.
Card-sized rather than pocket-sized: big enough for coins, jewellery, medicine, sewing kit or a stack of stickers, small enough to disappear into a drawer.
